Prior to joining Altas, Youcef worked at McKinsey & Company, where he led strategy and performance improvement programs across automotive, energy, and private equity clients. During his time at McKinsey, he also completed a rotation as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Global Leader of Firm Strategy, working extensively with the firm's leadership team and Board of Directors.

Youcef holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
