Robin Washington is President& Chief Operations and Financial Officer at Salesforce, where she leadsBusiness Strategy and Operations, Global Finance, Employee Success, GlobalStrategic Customers and Partners, Marketing, Communications, and Real Estateand Workplace Services. She is responsible for driving profitable growth andoperational excellence while accelerating the transformation of everycompany into an Agentforce company in the new agentic era.

A seasoned executive andvisionary leader, Robin has spent decades at the forefront of operational andfinancial strategy at some of the world’s most respected companies. She hasserved as a Salesforce Board Director since 2013, including as Lead IndependentDirector from 2022–2025, playing a critical role in Salesforce’s strategictransformation. Previously, she served as EVP & CFO of Gilead Sciences(2008–2019), CFO of Hyperion Solutions (2006–2007), and Chief AccountingOfficer of PeopleSoft. Robin also currently serves on the board of directors ofAlphabet.

Robin is a certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
