Prior to joining Altas, Michaela worked at Bain & Company in Toronto, where she was involved in private equity diligences and corporate strategy projects across a variety of sectors.

Michaela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey Business School (Dean’s Honour List) and a Bachelor of Medical Sciences from the University of Western Ontario (Dean’s Honour List, Gold Medalist).
