Prior to joining Altas, Lily worked for the Government of Manitoba's Diagnostic and Surgical Recovery Task Force as Assistant to the Operations Chief, where she focused on administrative support, data management, and process improvement.

Lily holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Services from Red River College in Winnipeg.
