Prior to joining Altas, Josiah worked in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley in Toronto, where he was involved in executing M&A and capital markets transactions across a wide variety of industries.

Josiah holds a Bachelor of Commerce in the Honours Investment Management program with a Concentration in Accounting from the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University (First Degree Honour).
