Prior to joining Altas, Erin worked at BMO Capital Markets as an Executive Assistant, where she focused on managing C-suite executive priorities, coordinating leadership committees, and building relationships with stakeholders across the firm.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University (with Honours) and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fanshawe College.
