Prior to joining Altas, Dylan worked in the Investment Banking Division at Jefferies in Toronto, where he was involved in executing M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of sectors. 

Dylan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University (with High Distinction, Gold Medalist).
