Prior to joining Altas, Dante worked at Bain & Company in Toronto, where he was involved in a number of private equity diligences and corporate strategy projects across a variety of sectors.

Dante holds a Bachelor of Arts in Honours Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business (Ivey Scholar) and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario (with Distinction).
