Altas Welcomes Andrew McIntyre

Fullscript, a leading platform for practitioners delivering whole person care, today announced that L Catterton and Altas Partners (“Altas”) have agreed to acquire a majority stake in the Company from HGGC, LLC (“HGGC”) and Snapdragon Capital Partners, LLC (“Snapdragon”). The investment will help Fullscript further expand its platform and clinical support capabilities for practitioners and extend its reach across the North American healthcare market. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
